This website and the Rynex Global stores are operated by Rynex Global, a sole proprietorship registered in India. These terms apply to rynexglobalhq.com and to every Rynex Global store, including RynexHive, RynexVault, RynexStudio, RynexNest, Kamarupini, PromptStacker and ExportBible. By buying from or using any of them, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell digital products such as ebooks, guides, templates, prompts and workflow files. Nothing is shipped physically. Product pages describe what each purchase includes.
2. Licence
Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or publish the files, in whole or in part, unless the product page states otherwise.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Applicable taxes, including GST where it applies, are included or shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; a change does not affect orders already paid.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay and PayPal. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. An order is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms payment.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered electronically as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. No guarantee of results
Our products are for information and education. We do not guarantee any income, sales, rankings, approvals or other results. Nothing in our products is legal, tax, financial or medical advice. You are responsible for how you use them.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding and files remain the property of Rynex Global or its licensors. Open-source components included in a product stay under their original licences.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the stores, attempt unauthorised access, use stolen payment details, or raise false payment disputes. We may cancel orders and block access where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that cannot be excluded in your country.
