This policy applies to all Rynex Global stores.
1. Digital delivery only
All products are digital. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or customs duties.
2. How you receive your order
After payment succeeds, a download link appears on the confirmation page and is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
3. Delivery time
Delivery is normally instant. In rare cases, such as a delayed payment confirmation, it can take up to 24 hours.
4. Where we deliver
We deliver worldwide, wherever our payment providers can accept your payment.
5. If you did not receive it
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the email is not there within 24 hours, write to rynexglobalhq@gmail.com with your order ID and the email used at checkout. We resend the files within 48 hours.
6. Access
Save your files after downloading. If you lose them, email us with your order ID and we will resend the link where possible.
